P.J. Byrne

P.J. Byrne is Professor of Management (Operations/Supply Chain) in Dublin City University Business School and former head of the Management Group in the school (2012 – 2015). Prior to this he worked as a Senior Research Fellow in the Enterprise Research Centre in the University of Limerick. Prof. Byrne led the development of DCU’s BSc in Aviation Management (with pilot studies) in 2008 and the MSc in Aviation Leadership in 2014. Prof. Byrne has an extensive track record in industrial based research and is a founding member of the Modelling and Simulation Research Group in DCUBS and the Dublin Aviation Institute, a joint venture between DCU and the Dublin Airport Authority.
