Funding has been awarded for i-Care, an Erasmus+ three-year project with five EU partners, including APT/I-Form’s Prof Dermot Brabazon. The project is focused on the development of rehabilitation engineering design and training solutions.

Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility was awarded to APT/I-Form researchers Dr Inam Ul Ahad and Prof. Dermot Brabazon, for the exchange of researchers working on advanced manufacturing with the leading research University in Pakistan – Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi.

PhD researcher, Hamed Sohrabpoor supervised by Dr Inam Ul Ahad and Prof Dermot Brabazon received the Irish Research Council’s Government of Ireland Scholarship to work on “Modelling and optimization of additive manufacturing parts using artificial intelligence approaches and Grey relational analysis”.
